  • 4 cups of plain yoghurt
  • 5 curry leaves
  • 3 green chillies cut in half
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 cubes of garlic cut in half
  • 2 cups of water

    Blend the yoghurt with water, and mix the curry leaves along with the chopped onions, green chilies, garlic. Stir it and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve cool.
