- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 lb. medium egg noodles
- 1 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- salt to taste
- 4 lb. ground beef (chuck)
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 4 to 6 qt. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (1 lb.) can corn, drained
- 6 to 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook noodles in salted water.

2Drain.

3Saute onions until soft. Add meat.

4Cook until brown; add green pepper, corn, chili powder and salt.

5Combine with noodles and top with cheese in a 2 to 3-quart baking dish.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Good frozen in meal size containers.
