  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, broken into inch pieces
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can tomato soup plus 1 can water
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can chopped ripe olives
  • 1 small can chopped pimentos

Directions

    Brown beef, onion and bell pepper in a large roaster.

    Add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook spaghetti.

    Add to the meat mixture the remaining ingredients.

    Pour into 3 baking dishes and cover top with grated Cheddar cheese.

    Bake 1 dish, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

    Freeze remaining dishes for future use.
