- 1-3/4 cup Warm Water
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Yeast
- 4 Tablespoons Skimmed Milk Powder
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Oil
- 1/4 cups Flaxseed/linseed
- 1/4 cups Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cups Barley Flakes OR Rye Flakes
- 1/4 cups Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cups Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cups Crushed Almonds
- 1-3/4 cup Strong White Bread Flour
- 1 cup Strong Brown Bread Flour
- 1 cup Malted Wheat Bread Flour
Directions

1This makes a 2lb loaf.

2Place ingredients in order in bread machine pan.

3Put pan in machine and use setting for white bread.

4Mine takes three hours to bake.

5When bread is done, knock it out of the pan and onto a rack to cool completely before cutting.
