- 3/4 c. pancake or waffle mix
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 2/3 c. bran flakes with raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

3In medium bowl, stir together the pancake or waffle mix, cocoa and sugar.

4Combine milk, oil and egg and add to bowl, mixing just until blended.

5Stir in bran flakes.

6Pour into baking pan.

7Bake 10 to 15 minutes until the top springs back when lightly pressed. Cut into squares, top with vanilla yogurt or fresh fruit, if desired.
