- bunch coriander
- tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar
- tbsp garlic oil
- 4 slice whole wheat bread
Directions

1Pan toast the pieces of bread until golden.

2Once golden drizzle some garlic oil; sprinkle on the cheese and take it off the flame and set aside.

3On a bowl add the onions, tomatoes, coriander, salt, pepper, lime juice, and chickpeas.

4Mix well until well incorporated.
