  • 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • bunch coriander
  • tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar
  • tbsp garlic oil
  • 4 slice whole wheat bread

Directions

    Pan toast the pieces of bread until golden.

    Once golden drizzle some garlic oil; sprinkle on the cheese and take it off the flame and set aside.

    On a bowl add the onions, tomatoes, coriander, salt, pepper, lime juice, and chickpeas.

    Mix well until well incorporated.

    Top the toast with this mixture.
