  • 4 eggs (separate 2 eggs and hold whites)
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg
  • Pet deep-dish pie shell

Directions

    Mix together eggs (except 2 whites), sugar, flour, milk and vanilla.

    Beat 2 egg whites and add to mixture.

    Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake at 350° until straw comes out clean, usually about an hour.
