  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 box mostaccioli noodles (large tubular, ribbed noodles)
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef; pour off grease.

    Saute vegetables for 5 minutes.

    Add soup and tomatoes.

    Heat until it comes to a boil. Cook noodles according to package and drain.

    Mix all ingredients together well.

    Put into casseroles and bake, covered, in 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
