- 1 lb. shell macaroni (medium size)
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lb. hot Italian sausage (mild if preferred)
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 large jar Ragu sauce
Directions

1Boil sausage for 20 minutes (cool).

2Next, brown ground beef and skin sausage.

3Drain well to remove grease.

4Cook macaroni as directed on package.

5Layer in a 9 x 13-inch pan as follows:

6some sauce, noodles, meat mixture, cheese slices.

7Sprinkle with oregano and basil.

8Repeat until all items are used (I usually layer twice).

9Top layer with cheese slices.

10Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
