- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large jar Prego spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. pkg. mostaccioli noodles
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
Directions

1Prepare noodles according to package directions.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3In medium skillet, brown meat and drain well.

4Add onion, green pepper and sauce; bring to a boil.

5Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

6Remove from heat.

7In 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer noodles, sauce and Velveeta cheese.

8Repeat layers, ending with Velveeta cheese.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

10Makes 6 to 8 servings.
