- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce (4 c.)
- 1 lb. mostaccioli, cooked and drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 15 oz. cottage or Ricotta cheese
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain.

2Stir in spaghetti sauce and mostaccioli.

3In a bowl, combine egg, cottage or Ricotta cheese and all but 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese.

4In a 13 x 9-inch baking pan or two (2 to 2 1/2-quart) casseroles dishes, spread one-half of mostaccioli mixture.

5Layer cheese mixture over all.

6Top with remaining half of mostaccioli mixture.

7Bake, covered, at 375° for 40 minutes.

8Top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.

9Bake 5 more minutes.
