Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. link Italian sausage, sliced
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 (26 oz.) cans Classico pasta sauce (any flavor)
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Creamettes mostaccioli, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Cook Creamette mostaccioli according to package directions. Drain.

2In large saucepan, brown sausage.

3Pour off fat.

4Add onion and pepper.

5Cook and stir until tender.

6Add pasta sauce and Parmesan cheese.

7Bring to a boil.

8Reduce heat.

9Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

10Toss hot cooked mostaccioli with oil.

11Serve with sauce.

12Garnish as desired.

13Refrigerate leftovers.
