- 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
- 6 eggs, separated
- 12 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 to 6 Tbsp. nog
- nutmeg
Directions

1Whip the cream in small mixing bowl.

2In another small mixing bowl, beat well the egg yolks plus 1 tablespoon sugar per yolk. To cook the yolks, slowly add nog or whiskey as yolks are beaten thoroughly.

3(They should become lemon colored.)

4In large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff; add 1 tablespoon sugar per egg white.

5Fold yolk mixture into whites and then fold in the whipped cream.

6Serve in bowls with a spoon.

7Sprinkle with nutmeg to taste.
