- 1 c. flour
- 1 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk (condensed)
- 1 c. chocolate chips, melted
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients.

2Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes in a 350° oven.

3Mix coconut and milk; spread over bars and bake for 15 minutes longer.

4Frost with the melted chocolate chips.

5Cut in bars for serving.
