  • 3/4 c. flour, sift before measuring
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate (2 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. unsalted butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sift and set aside flour and baking powder.

    Melt chocolate and butter.

    Add sugar and eggs (1 at a time); add vanilla and flour.

    Put in well-oiled 11 x 7-inch pan.

    Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 minutes.

    Do not overcook (23 minutes for fudgier brownies).
