  • 1 lb. hamburger, turkey or leftover ham (whatever)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • peppers, mushrooms and celery (whatever)
  • 1 can tomatoes or fresh tomatoes (whatever)
  • squash (any amount and any kind)
  • salt to please
  • pepper as you like
  • elbow, wide noodles or shells (whatever)

Directions

    Brown meat and onion.

    Add rest of vegetables and simmer for a while.

    You can also season with basil, garlic or lemon pepper (whatever).

    Have fun.

    Cook about 20 minutes, until it all smells good.

    Pour over wide noodles or whatever.

    A little wine included is nice.
