  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Bisquick
  • 1 can pie filling (any kind you like)

    Melt butter in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.

    Mix together the milk, sugar and Bisquick.

    Pour in butter; do not stir.

    Pour in fruit; do not stir.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 45 to 60 minutes, or until brown and firm.
