Mozzarella Marinara

   Fold string cheese in egg roll wrapper.

   Tuck ends in toward seam.

   Put oil in a large frying pan.

   Put wrappers, seam side down in oil and put on medium heat.

   Brown wrappers on all sides. Remove from fry pan and use paper towels to absorb excess oil. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes. Serve with warmed pizza sauce.
