- 240 g bar mozzarella cheese
- 200 g Italian style breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 500 ml canola oil
Directions

1Prep- Slice mozzarella bar about 1.5 cm wide slices along the width of the bar.

2Mix Italian Bread Crumbs and Flour on a plate.

3Whisk eggs together in a seprate bowl add milk if it is too thick.

4Oil- Heat all the canola oil in a medium sized frying pan.

5Coating- Dip the mozzarella slice in the egg and then the bread crumbs, repeating until you can no longer see the cheese.

6Once coated place directly into the heated oil.

7Frying- Use tongs to turn the mozzarella sticks.

8Once all sides are golden brown, promptly move them onto a plate with paper towel before the cheese starts oozing out.

9Serve with marinara if desired.
