- 1 lb. Oreo cookies
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 gal. double vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 gal. coffee ice cream
- 2 cups chocolate fudge sauce
- Almonds, sliced
Directions

1In a food processor with a metal blade process the cookies until finely crumbled.

2In a small mixing bowl combine the crumbs and melted butter.

3Line the bottom and sides of a 12-inch springform pan with the crumb mixture.

4Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

5In a large mixing bowl combine the ice creams and allow to soften.

6Blend until smooth.

7Fill the cookie lined pan with the ice cream and freeze for at least 2 hours.

8Remove the pie from the freezer.

9Cover the top with fudge sauce and sprinkle with almonds.

10Refreeze for at least 1 hour before serving.
