- 1 pkg. chocolate wafers
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 pt. mocha ice cream
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Crush wafers and add melted butter. Mix well with a fork and press into a 9-inch pie plate.

3Bake for 10 minutes.

4Cool.

5Spread ice cream carefully onto crust.

6Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until solid.

7In a saucepan, cook cocoa, sugar, 1/3 cup cream and butter until it is smooth and boils.

8Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.

9Cool but do not let mixture get too hard to pour.

10Pour sauce over frozen ice cream base.

11Freeze at least 1 1/2 hours.

12Before serving, whip remaining cream with 2 tablespoons sugar until soft peaks form.

13Add remaining vanilla and spread over pie.

14Garnish with chocolate shavings.
