Mud Pie with OREO

  • 2-3/4 qt. OREO Pieces-Small
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 gal. Coffee ice cream, softened
  • 1 pt. Chocolate fudge sauce

Directions

    Mix OREO Pieces and butter until well blended.

    Press 3 cups of the crumb mixture firmly onto bottom and up side of each of 4 (9-inch) pie plates (or 1 pie plate for trial recipe).

    Refrigerate until firm.

    Spread 1 quart of the ice cream into each crust; top with 1/2 cup of the fudge sauce.

    Freeze 6 hours or overnight.

    Cut each pie into 8 wedges to serve.
