  • 1 container Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 2 small cans chicken broth
  • 2 small pkg. Muenster cheese
  • 4 or 5 eggs
  • 8 boneless chicken breast halves

Directions

    Beat eggs; dip chicken in.

    Roll in bread crumbs.

    Brown in butter in a pan.

    After browning, place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Pour in chicken broth.

    Salt and pepper each breast.

    Sprinkle grated up cheese over each and also mushrooms.

    Cook at 350° about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Cook a big pot of rice.

    Put breast on top of rice, then some juice.
  10. 10
    Use 1/2 chicken breast per person.
