- 1 round loaf Italian bread
- 1/2 pound mortadella
- 1/2 pound prosciutto
- 1/2 cup Italian olive spread
- 1/2 pound provolone
Directions

1Slice the loaf in half and place the bottom slice onto plastic wrap. Layer in order mortadella, prosciutto, olive spread and the top half of the bread. Put it together and wrap tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour if serving cold. If serving hot place the bottom half of bread onto a cookie sheet then top with lunchmeat and bell pepper. Then place the top half next to the bottom and slather with mayonnaise and top with Swiss. Place into a preheated 400 degree oven and bake until the cheese is melted.
