  • 1 stick chopped celery
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 8 large chopped black olives
  • 35 well drained, chopped capers
  • 1 1/2 large cloves garlic
  • 1/2 (short cup) olive oil (virgin)
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 4 fresh basil leaves
