  • 12 ounces Roasted Red Bell Peppers, drained
  • 1/3 cup Panko
  • 1 cup Walnuts, toasted
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 4 teaspoons Pomegranate Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Aleppo Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Extra-virgin Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

Directions

    Mince garlic in food processor

    Add walnuts and chop fine.

    Add red bell peppers, Panko, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, cumin and Aleppo pepper blending well.

    With processor running gradually add EVOO.

    Serve at room temperature with pita bread, carrots and cucumbers.
