Ingredients

  • 4 qt. apple cider
  • 1 qt. ginger ale
  • 1/4 c. golden raisins
  • 1/4 c. toasted, slivered almonds
  • 3 (2-inch) cinnamon sticks
  • 4 whole cloves

Directions

    In a 6-quart saucepan or wok, combine all ingredients.

    Heat over low heat or low setting at 200° for 10 minutes or until hot. Do not boil.

    Add 1 thinly sliced navel orange and 1 cup apple brandy.

    Serve hot in glass punch cups.
