  • 1 can corned beef, cut up in small pieces
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can green butter beans
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 2 c. onions, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • black and red pepper to taste
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced and cooked
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Brown onions in butter and garlic salt.

    Put in large pot along with tomatoes, corned beef, beans, Worcestershire sauce and red and black pepper; salt to taste.

    Add cooked potatoes and then corn last.

    Cook on low 20 to 30 minutes, stirring often.
