- 1/2 lemon
- 6 3/8 tablespoons sugar
- 1 7/16 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 7 tablespoons butter in pieces, softened
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- jams several different flavored
- powdered sugar
Directions

1In a food processor, add the lemon zest, and sugar and mix for 40 seconds.

2Add the flour, egg, butter, and baking powder and mix for 20 seconds.

3Add to a bowl, cover with plastic film wrap and leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

4Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

5Roll out the pastry and place in a pie plate, keeping aside a little of the pastry to form strips to 8 create segments.

6Fill each segment with a different jam.

7Bake for 25 minutes.

8Leave to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
