  • 4 cups flour multi-grain, mixture
  • 1 3/8 cups warm water

Directions

    Knead the flour and the water for at least 10 minutes until the dough is elastic, then let it rest covered for 30 minutes.

    With floured hands, shape the dough into a loaf or rolls and place them on a wax paper-lined baking sheet, or in a greased loaf pan.

    Let the dough rise in a warm area for 30 to 45 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 210C.

    Dampen the surface of the dough with warm water and make some incisions with a knife.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 210C, then lower the oven temperature to 130C and bake for an additional 35 minutes.

    Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool.
