  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. unbleached white flour
  • 1 c. rolled oats
  • 3/4 c. barley flour
  • 1/2 c. soy flour
  • 8 dates
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seed meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. pecan meal

    Blend all ingredients in blender.

    Blend 1/2 the ingredients at a time as they will not all fit in the blender at the same time.

    Add more water if batter is too thick.

    Bake in hot waffle iron 8 to 10 minutes to desired crispness.
