- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 can mixed nuts (10 to 12 oz. size)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Butter a cookie sheet.

2Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in a large saucepan.

3Cook over high heat to 280° on candy thermometer.

4Add nuts and cook, stirring, to 300° on candy thermometer.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in butter and vanilla until blended.

7Add baking soda and stir vigorously.
