  • 1/2 cup Bulgar wheat
  • 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seed
  • 3 1/3 cups multi-grain flour, divided
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

    ["Put bulgur in a large bowl and pour warm water over top.
