- 3 tomatoes

- 1/4 cauliflower steamed
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1/2 lemon

Directions

1Fry onion, add salt, garlic, cook another minute, add curry powder.

3Add 1/.4 cup water and cook until reduced about 5 minutes.

4Add other vegetables and raisins. Pour over cocnut cream and lemon juice and stir to combine.
