- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
- 5 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 c. (4 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) can corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In saucepan, bring broth and broccoli to boiling.

2Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.

3Set aside.

4Cook mushrooms and onions in oleo.

5Blend in flour, salt and pepper.

6Add milk; cook and stir until thickened.

7Cook and stir 2 minutes more.

8Add broccoli with broth, corn and pimiento; heat through.
