- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. soy or Worcestershire sauce
- 4 chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Melt oleo in large skillet.

2Add diced mushrooms and cook until liquid evaporates.

3Cool to room temperature.

4Beat salt, cheeses and sauce in large bowl.

5Stir in cooked mushrooms and raw green onions.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Serve with crackers.
