Mushroom Chicken

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • noodles
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Brown chicken breasts in 1 teaspoon butter for 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

    Add additional butter to pan and saute onion, garlic and mushrooms until moisture is absorbed.

    Add milk, soup and pepper; mix well.

    Add chicken breasts and heat an additional 10 minutes.

    Prepare noodles and drain.

    Place noodles and chicken breasts on a serving platter; cover with sauce.
