- 1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in butter; drain liquid.

2Add flour; stir to coat mushrooms well.

3Cook 1 minute.

4Stir in sour cream; season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

5Spread in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
