  • 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can (8 oz.) CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend, divided

    Heat oven to 450F.

    Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch round on lightly floured surface.

    Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 6 min.

    or until mushrooms are browned and liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.

    Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with 1-1/4 cups cheese and mushrooms.
