- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. half and half or milk
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 slices bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
- salt and pepper as desired
Directions

1Fry the mushrooms and onions in the butter until cooked. Spread in the pie shell.

2Add the Swiss cheese.

3Beat the eggs and milk together and pour over the mushrooms and cheese in the pie shell.

4Add salt and pepper, if desired.

5Top with the Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
