  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. water
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. half and half
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed

Directions
