Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 1/4 cup Rice
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

    Chop up onions,garlic,green beans and mushrooms.

    Set aside the green beans .
  3. 3
    Put the broth into a medium size pan with the rice boil as directed.
  4. 4
    Pour the oil into a pan and heat until ready place the onions , garlic and mushrooms.

    Cook until the onions are clear.

    When above is done drain and set aside.

    Cook the rice to within a couple of minutes add the green beans and onion mixture.

    Cook the rice for remainder amount of time.

    Let it set 5 minutes then serve.
