Ingredients
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 1/4 cup Rice
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions

1Chop up onions,garlic,green beans and mushrooms.

2Set aside the green beans .

3Put the broth into a medium size pan with the rice boil as directed.

4Pour the oil into a pan and heat until ready place the onions , garlic and mushrooms.

5Cook until the onions are clear.

6When above is done drain and set aside.

7Cook the rice to within a couple of minutes add the green beans and onion mixture.

8Cook the rice for remainder amount of time.

9Let it set 5 minutes then serve.
