Ingredients
- 3 oz. dried mushrooms
- 1 qt. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. sour cream
Directions

1Soak mushrooms for 3 to 4 hours and bring to a boil in a small amount of water.

2Add the broth and simmer, covered, for half an hour.

3Melt the butter; blend in the flour, salt and pepper.

4Add the stock gradually while stirring.

5Stir in sour cream just before serving.

6Reheat, but don't let the soup boil.

7Add more seasoning to taste.
