  • 1 lb round steak, cut into pieces
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, with liquid
  • 12 onion, sliced in rings
  • pepper, to taste

Directions

    Put round steak in crockpot and cover with onion rings.

    Combine the cream of mushroom soup, wine and mushrooms, with liquid.

    Pour soup mixutre over round steak.

    Pepper to taste (I used 3/4 tsp for a peppery finsh).

    Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours.
