Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. lean pork or pork chops
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 3 large green peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large jar regular Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 1 large can mushrooms (with liquid)
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Cut pork into 3/4-inch cubes.

    Cut onion and peppers into bite size pieces.
  3. 3
    Put all ingredients into a saucepan or crock-pot (including liquid from mushrooms).

    I cut celery into 4 pieces so that it can be removed after cooking.

    If you prefer, you can cut it into bite size pieces also.

    If cooked in a saucepan, simmer for about 2 hours.

    Serve with Italian bread and a salad.
