- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2/3 box Pepperidge Farm zesty Italian croutons
- 2/3 box Pepperidge Farm onion and garlic croutons
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 sticks margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in the margarine or butter.

2Drain and and retain margarine for later.
