Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2/3 box Pepperidge Farm zesty Italian croutons
  • 2/3 box Pepperidge Farm onion and garlic croutons
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 sticks margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Saute onion and celery in the margarine or butter.

    Drain and and retain margarine for later.

    (Note - Cherie's Gourmet Tip: Microwave may be used to saute the onion and celery.)
