- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms (whole)
- margarine
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 bouillon cubes
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 pt. light cream
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in margarine.

2In separate pot, heat and dissolve bouillon cubes in water and set aside.

3Melt 1/2 stick margarine and sprinkle flour over.

4Add cream to butter/flour mixture.

5Add bouillon mix to this and add mushrooms.

6Place everything in buttered casserole (large enough to leave mushrooms in a single layer).

7Top with mixture of bread crumbs and cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Can do ahead.

9Serves 6. To double recipe, just double mushrooms.
