- 1 tbsp butter
- 250 grams sliced mushroom
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cheese cube
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

1Firstly, I used button mushroom and processed cheese.

3Heat butter in a pan.

4Add cleaned and sliced mushroom to it.

5Let it release water.

6When it shrinks, add milk and let boil.

7Cut cheese in small pieces or simply grate and add to the mushroom.

8Let boil a little.

9The milk will thicken.

10Cook to your desired consistency.

11Just before switching off the heat, add salt and pepper.

12Be careful with the salt since the cheese may add a little saltiness.
