- 1 onion (6 oz.)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions

1Rinse and drain mushrooms and cut into quarters. Thinly slice onion. In a 10- to 12-inch nonstick frying pan over high heat, frequently stir mushrooms, onion, garlic, and oregano until mushrooms brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use warm.
