Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 recipe Cream Cheese Pastry
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in butter with the onion until limp.

2Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.

3Blend in flour until smooth and slightly thickened.

4Stir in sour cream and dill weed.

5Cool filling.

6Place small amount of filling (scant teaspoon) on one side of 2-inch pastry round.

7Fold over and crimp edges with fork tines.

8Bake 20 to 25 minutes in a 350°

9oven.

10These freeze well before baking.
